We aim to dispatch items ordered from the website within 1 – 2 working days.
The time it takes to design and make Tailor made orders will vary and an estimate of the time frame from the point of ordering to the time of dispatch will be given at the point of ordering.
We use Royal Mail Signed for delivery service, you can choose First class signed for or second class signed for. You will be given the tracking number when the item is dispatched. If you require Special delivery or alternative courier service, please get in touch prior to ordering and we will do our best to meet the delivery service you request.
If your order is particularly heavy or large and greatly exceeds the set rate of postage, Dancing Flower Crafts reserves the right to contact you regarding the delivery method and cost and there may be a surcharge. We would avoid this where ever possible but for particularly large or heavy items we may need to cover the cost.
Please be mindful that in the event of inclement weather, there may be a slight delay in dispatching items if the ferries are cancelled. This is outwith our control but the Outer Hebrides are islands and it does happen occasionally. We will keep you up to date with dispatch information should this occur.
Due to new laws on selling goods to the EU from the UK, I will not currently be able to sell to European countries for the time being. I apologise for any inconvenience and I will be investigating if this can be changed.
