Tailor orders are non-returnable unless they are faulty or damaged. Should your item (s) not reach you in perfect condition, please notify us by email email@example.com within 5 days of delivery to discuss the issue and arrange a return. I take detailed photos before dispatching orders in the unlikely event they are damaged in transit.
The item must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date in the original packaging, securely wrapped. Please obtain proof of postage. In such circumstances, once the item is received back by us we will provide a replacement or refund.

Under the Distant Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after ordering.
If you wish to return an item, the cost of the return postage must be paid by you. Please contact us to get a return form before returning an item firstname.lastname@example.org. Items must be returned within 7 days of contacting us in their original packaging, securely wrapped, unused, and in perfect condition. Please obtain proof of postage. When we receive the returned item in perfect condition we will refund the purchase price less the cost of the original postage. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefor for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service which insures the value of the goods.
We will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact email@example.com prior to returning and discuss your requirements.
